Keep your hands clean!

It is very important to wash your hands with germ-killing detergent before starting to cook, make sure your fingernails are clean, and preferably wear a hat, same counts for helpers. Dirty dishes should be rinsed with washing up detergent, as even a thin layer of fat is the ideal medium for germs.
